We feel that by giving our students responsibility and freedom to make their own decisions about Academy life, we help prepare them for the world of work.  There are many opportunities to be involved in leadership roles within departments and across the Academy.  These include Head Students, Student Leaders and Peer Mentors. The Student Leadership Team is the elected voice of the students of Sewell Park Academy.  These students are role models and play an important part in developing the lives and environment of students at Sewell Park. 

Student leaders can be identified by their red ties, whilst Head Students can be found wearing green ties.
