Dear Year 11 Students,
Results day for year 11 will be on Thursday 20th August 2020 in the main school hall from
9 to 11.30am.
To keep everyone as safe as possible, we will have time slots of 15 minutes for students to book, it will allow for 10 students per 15 minutes, between the hours of 9 to 11am.
STUDENTS MUST BOOK A SLOT
If a student turns up having not booked a time slot, they will be sent away and told to return at 11am.
To book your slot click here.
All results need to be signed for, therefore we ask all students bring their own pen.
If a student is unable to collect their results, they can
request them to be posted by supplying the school with a self addressed envelope in advance, or
they can write a short letter to the exams officer stating that they give their permission for someone to collect on their behalf, this can be emailed to Mrs Morgan in advance (that person must be named on the letter, be over 18 and have photographic ID).
You must adhere to social distancing rules at all times; that means:
staying 2 metres away from staff as well as friends!
You must not gather in large groups or hang around on the school site after you have collected your results, and
you must arrive in your allocated time slot
you must line up by the main hall door, and wait to be directed though as there will be a one way sytem in and out.
Parents, family or friends attending results day with you must remain outside of the school premises, away from the gates.
There will be a representative from City College and Mrs Davies, our careers advisor in the hall to discuss your results should you require it.
If you have any issues, worries or concerns, please contact Mrs Morgan (exams officer) at any time throughout the summer holidays on firstname.lastname@example.org, emails will be monitored regularly.
