Christmas Events at Sewell Park Academy

December 6, 2017

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at Sewell Park Academy!

As the end of the term approaches, we have some fun things happening around the academy to get into the Christmas spirit.

On the final day of this school term - Tuesday 19th December - we will be joining in the fundraising campaign for Save The Children, holding our 'Christmas Jumper non-uniform day'.

For a £1 donation, students can come in wearing Christmas-themed attire - either festive jumpers, clothing in red/green/gold, or decorated in a Christmas-sy way!

On the same day, we will also be holding a Christmas Carol Concert in our Sports Hall for all students, parents/carers, staff and local community.

Come along and get in the festive spirit with a mix of traditional and modern carols and readings, including our guest message from Mr Nick Blanch, of Norwich Youth For Christ.

The concert will begin at 11:30am and run through until 1:05pm.

The students will break for lunch, and then we will host a final celebration assembly, before the academy closes at 2pm, to re-open for students on Thursday 4th January 2018.
