Year 10 Parent Consultation Evening - 8th March

Dear Parents and Carers,

This academic year we will be running virtual parent consultation evenings with your child’s teachers using an online video system called SchoolCloud.

This system allows you to book a 5 minute time slot with each teacher that you would like to talk to. The time slots start from 3.45pm, with the latest available slot being at 6.45pm.

In addition to teaching staff, our SENDCO will also be available for appointments.

BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN - so please do get booked in asap.

Full instructions for connecting to this system are given in the attached information sheet. You can connect with a Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop or PC and will have the option to use voice and video or just voice.

Please be aware that the system manages the live time slots and will automatically end the call at the end of 5 minutes. If you run out of time and have additional questions you wish to ask then you can email the subject teacher after the appointment.

This is a new system for hosting parent consultations and we would really appreciate your feedback, which can be done within the SchoolCloud system at the end of your appointments. We will also send a questionnaire following the event to ask how you think we are doing as a school.

Please note that you will be sent your child's latest report and PPE results in advance of the consultation evening.
